Shipping Destinations

We ship our products worldwide. However, due to legal or logistical restrictions, certain countries or regions may not allow us to deliver. Please contact us if your desired shipping destination is unavailable during checkout.

Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. The shipping rates are as follows:

- United Kingdom: £5 (3-5 working days delivery)

- Rest of the World: £10 (7-10 working days delivery)

For orders above £30, we offer free standard shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom.

For orders above £50, we offer free standard shipping to addresses to the Rest of the World.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

- United Kingdom: Standard delivery within 3-5 working days

- Rest of the World: Standard delivery within 7-10 working days

Express shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional fee.

Remote Areas

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders being shipped to remote or hard-to-reach areas, even within the United Kingdom. These charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for paying additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by you to release the shipment from customs.

We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or requirements, nor are we liable for parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges or non-compliance. We will not issue refunds for orders refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
