Samuele’s journey is one of resilience and ambition. Originally from Italy, he began his career in retail, working with high street and premium brands. In January 2015, a transfer opportunity brought him to London, where he embraced a new environment, a new language, and a whole new world. Within days, he was thriving in his role, setting the foundation for a career built on hard work and adaptability.

The idea for Scavo Clothing took root during Samuele’s archaeology studies, a passion he pursued after the pandemic. Combining his love for discovery with his expertise in retail, he envisioned a brand that would serve archaeologists, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone seeking sustainable, versatile apparel. Scavo is more than just a clothing brand—it’s a reflection of Samuele’s journey and his commitment to making a meaningful impact.

The name ‘Scavo,’ meaning ‘excavation’ in Italian, reflects the brand’s core mission: to dig deeper into the values of sustainability, comfort, and versatility. Our logo, inspired by Neolithic arrowheads, symbolizes resilience, innovation, and the enduring connection between ancient wisdom and modern aspirations.
